After working in the finance sector for over 20 years, including 6 years as a financial adviser, I saw the need for people to be better connected to their money. In my time as a financial advisor many couples were given comprehensive investment strategies, but I’d see women end up feeling overwhelmed by it all a lot of the time. 

What I discovered was that to really address our financial future we need more than just the practical money management side of things sorted. We need to consider our relationship with money too. Because when we manage our emotions around money, all of a sudden managing the practicalities of our finances starts to flow with ease.
